靴套应用产品经理 Shoe Press Sleeve Product Manager
职位概述 Job Summary：
- 根据客户需求提供合适的产品推荐，相关技术规范及参数制定Provide accurate product proposals to customer
- 全方位对客户及销售提供技术支持，包括现场技术支持、产品培训及问题解决方案等Support for the customers and sales teams in the back office and in the field, including product technical support/training and onsite trouble shooting.
- 跟踪产品的性能表现并适时优化应用方案Monitor the products performance and optimizing in need
- 关注客户机台状况，提前识别可能出现的风险并避免Monitor customers machines status, highlight the potential risk in advance and avoid it
- 定期向生产制造部门反馈产品市场应用情况并配合落实持续性产品优化及改善Cooperate with product department of product manufacture and optimization
- 及时反馈市场上竞争对手的动态Feedback competitor activity in the market
- 客户拜访及产品投诉处理Customer routing visit and complaint/claim processing
经验要求 Experience required：
- 5年以上造纸或纸机相关专业及工作经验At lease 5 years paper making or related working experience
- 大学及以上学历（造纸工艺专业优先）Colleague degree in engineering (Pulp and Paper Engineering is preferred)
- 良好的中英文沟通及交流能力，具备与国外团队直接沟通的能力Good communication skill. Fluently English writing/reading and verbal communication is required
- 团队合作精神Team working spirit
- 熟悉办公软件的使用MS software
- 有靴套或PMC服务与应用经验优先Experience in Shoe Belt or PMC service/application is preferred
- 有较强的学习意愿Strong will to learn
- 需要频繁在全国范围内出差Frequent travels in mainland China is requested
- 现居住地在广东省优先Based in Guangdong is Preferred
Area Sales Manager - South China
Job Summary：
- Responsible for the sales and technical service activity for selective clients in China southern region.
- Able to performing on-site measurements of roll hardness, roughness, temperature, nip width and pressure, thermographic camera surveys if necessary.
- Maintain the existing customers as well as developing the new customers in that region.
- In coordinate with the application team to increase the sales on key accounts.
- Utilize the knowledge of papermaking process to support customers in solving their problems.
- Collect and analysis the market information and competitors’ status.
Experience required：
- Written English skills is a must.
- Minimum 5 years paper making experience.
- Colleague degree in engineering(Pulp and Paper Engineering is preferred).
- Team working spirit.
- Frequent travels in south China is requested.
- Strong will to learn.
- Based in Guangdong is Preferred.
- Experience in roll cover or PMC service/application , paper mill mechanical service is a plus.
