01、In this role you’ll make an impact by

• Lead a team of marketing managers to drive regional growth by tailoring the value proposition to fit with regional market needs and strengthening our Go-to-market strategy execution
• Own the development and execution regional industry growth plans, including pricing, products, promotion
• Develop in-depth market insights incl. macro trends, customer needs/pain points and competitive intelligence and translate insights into actionable strategies or tactics
• Build regional innovation pipeline and drive regional innovation projects from scouting to launch by working closely with BPU, sales and technical teams
• Build and grow NZ’s China Digital Ecosystem and experiment digital Go-to-Market models for new customer acquisition and existing customer upselling and cross-selling

01、In this role you’ll make an impact by

Deliver sales target

• Set and drive team toward commercial targets, notably AB for revenue, gross margin, and commercial profit, through protecting our market leadership by excelling commercially and optimizing in the core business
• Develop and implement commercial growth strategy
• Establish and develop relationships with key decision makers at major customers and prospects

Make decision on

• Annual budget on revenue, gross margin and commercial profit + mid-term forecast
• Resource allocation within budget

02、To succeed you must hold

Commerce excellence

• Minimum 5-10 years of commercial management experience. 5 years of commercial leadership responsibilities.

Industry and product knowledge

• Experience with doing business using B2B business model.
• Strong interest in biotech/enzyme technology, relevant chemical industry knowledge is preferred
